Q: How much is shipping?
A: We offer FREE Express Delivery to the USA and the rest of the world.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders ship within 1–3 business days.
- USA: Estimated delivery 3–7 days after shipment
- Rest of World: Estimated delivery 3–7 days after shipment
Q: Where is my order?
A: You can track your order here: Track My Order using the tracking number sent to you via email.
Q: What is my tracking number?
A: Your tracking number is emailed to you 2–3 days after your order is placed. If you haven’t received it 5 days after ordering, contact us at shopbloomcore@gmail.com.
Q: I’ve lost my tracking number. What can I do?
A: Email shopbloomcore@gmail.com with your full name and mailing address, and we’ll resend your confirmation.
Q: How can I make changes to my order?
A: Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at shopbloomcore@gmail.com. We can update:
- Delivery details
- Name
- Phone number
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: You must contact us within 12 hours at shopbloomcore@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
